Refund Policy
At Stotodo, we take pride in delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, to maintain fairness and efficiency, we have established a strict refund policy. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, as they outline the criteria and procedures for requesting a refund.
Refund Method
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
• Processing time for refunds may take 5-7 business days after the returned product has been inspected and approved.
• Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.
For Split COD
1. Partial Payment Refund Before Dispatch
Refund Request: If you request a refund for a partially paid amount prior to the product's dispatch, we will be happy to process the refund.
Processing Time: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of order placement. The processing time for the refund may take approximately 5-6 business days, depending on the processing times of our payment gateway, Razorpay or Easebuzz.
Refund Eligibility: This refund policy is applicable only to orders where the payment has been partially completed and the item has not yet been dispatched for delivery.
2. Non-Refundable Once Dispatched
Order Dispatch: Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse and is in transit, we are unable to accept cancellations or process refunds for the partial payment made.
Cancellation and Refunds: In the event that you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, please be aware that the partially paid amount is non-refundable.
Shipping Process: Once the shipping process has begun, the order is considered final, and no changes, cancellations, or refunds will be allowed
Non-Refundable Fees
• Any original shipping or handling fees are non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error on Stotodo’s part (e.g., damaged or incorrect product) as per the return/exchange policy.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases
1. Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
2. Claims made after the 24 hour return window.
3. Items that have been purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers.
4. Customized, personalized, or engraved products
5. Products returned without prior authorization from our customer support team.
